The Court Room is intimidating, the Judge must make a ruling: to place one person in change of another persons life given liberties. You need a professional voice, a calm voice, a steady voice. This is a life long journey, a heavy lift. In 2008 we became a client of now retired Mr. Gin. We had an intense emotional journey with the contested Conservatorship of my adult son. Now 17 years later, we are in the hands of Mr. Stempniak. I know I continue to be in professional, calm and steady hands. Retirement of Mr. Gin was an emotional loss, but I was transitioned to Mr. Stempniak, not dropped, transitioned with emotional support.
