1 /5 Tracey Hollenbeck: This office is nothing short of a joke. There are real criminals out there, yet instead, they prey on people like my daughter, who is gainfully employed working for the Glenn County Planning Commission, has no priors, and has a verbal altercation with her boyfriend because he lost another job while she was paying his rent. Boyfriend went to court, got the mandatory restraining order dropped, and no plea offer a year later to drop the battery charge until just recently, when my daughter decided to plea to no contest to disturbing the peace. Now PO recommends 3 years probation and 52 weeks of battery classes and 15 days in jail?! For a City professional?! What a joke and total injustice. I plan on going to every newspaper in Glenn County for my daughter to finally have a voice. Meanwhile the felons and repeat offenders have a revolving door, which all comes back to the hardcore fact, that, it is all a money game. The restitution, the community service, the PO office fees, the battery class fees...cha ching!$$ Shame on you people! I dont even know how you are able to sleep at night!!! Horrible, just horrible!!!
