2 /5 Jake Beez: Very nice when I called but wanted between $400-600 depending on lawyer for consultation. I literally just wanted to see if theyd do my trust administration and if theyd be able to use prop 19 work around to keep property taxes low. I saw their youttube videos. Theyre the only lawyer that wouldnt do a free 15 minute consultation which is crazy to me. Imagine spending $600 just to be told either no or theyd take your case but charge you some enormous amount. Crazy Id avoid.
