Joy Williamson Scott’s office at State Farm has always been top notch in how they’ve helped us. They’re always on top of it. Plus their online system make it easy to get roadside assistance. I’m sure I can find cheaper insurance elsewhere, but we had other insurances before and it was such a hassle getting insurance to help with accidents the way they should. 3 accidents and a flooded car (sunroof leak) in 10 years and I’ve never felt that way with State Farm. 4 cars, with one new teen driver, full high coverage for every car - $330.

Anh Hoang Edgar Alas has helped me with both home and car insurances for sometime. He has been very knowledgeable and professional. He has gone out of his way to explain things to me. He has helped finding best options for my needs and saving my premiums. He is very friendly and patient. Jeff Sinfuego has also been very instrumental in helping our insurance needs. Larry Tramer I recently had to make changes to my autopay and policy declarations, so I called Susans office and got Jullien Pimentel to assist me. He was very friendly and efficient, and for a technophobe such as me, extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. He told me he had to consult with Susan on a policy change, and that he would call me back. And sure enough, he called me the next day with good news - my policy change would save me some money. I have had State Farm for over 20 years, and they have provided excellent service. I have only been with Susan and Company for 5 years, but their service is just as comprehensive and friendly as Ive had anywhere. Good job Jullien!
