Summer answered, remembered my by name (the staff at this branch are amazing for their personal care of customers), and immediately began to assist me in addressing the issue. She froze the account, took down all information on outstanding checks so they could be paid, gave me detailed directions on next steps to open a new account and reassured me that all would be fine. She even updated all of my data so when I went to a closer branch to open a new account it was very easy for them. I really appreciate the level of service and care received by Summer and the others at this branch.
