He told me who to call to obtain my records and even provided phone numbers, addresses and web addresses to locate the records we required. Then after I got the records and emailed them to him, he wrote me back (again the same day) after reviewing the docs to say that all my cases had already been expunged and there was nothing for him to do. All this was done and he didnt charge me anything. I wish there were more attorneys like him. His work ethics are exemplary and I urge you to call him if you are looking for an attorney.

falling noob David is a great lawyer, and he is extremely experienced in handling anything DUI related. He was patient and clearly explained everything that I was confused about. One of the most important things he talked to me about is that a lot of the process is waiting until the court is ready to deal with you and he will be there to represent you when they are. That is exactly what happened and I feel good about hiring him as my lawyer. I dont know what his negative reviews are referring to. Ive called him when he was on his lunch break and he answered and called me back ten minutes later! I guess some people refuse to accept the reality of their situation.
