1 /5 Chrissy Weaver: Horrible insurance company!! Denied my claim w/o looking at a police report!! I had hit & run insurance through them for 3yrs, I got hit and I wasn’t able to get their license plate number while I was spinning out of control. Fred loya is a trash company do not give them your money. I have Amica insurance now, get a free quote! Run from Fred Loya

1 /5 Lurdes Aguilera: Worst customer service. My husband went in to change his policy since he got a new car and she said she wouldnt have time to do it... why leave the door open if your not taking anymore customers. The Lady was so Rude.

1 /5 Vane: Experience was HORRIBLE. Went to add a car to my policy it took 45 minutes for the young man to add one car to my policy I also told him that I will be paying for 6 months like I always been for the past 7 years. So he finally after 45 minutes of waiting to add 1 car I paid and left. I never imagined he would call me back a couple of hours later telling me I had a balance to pay I immediately told him what was he talking bout if I told him I was paying for 6 months and he had already charged me. He said he had made a mistake and didnt charge me the correct amount. I was very disappointed because I left thinking that what I ask for is what I got and paid for.

5 /5 Jello Martin: Obviously cheap insurance you get what you pay for, but overall helpful staff I didn’t have wifi they worked around it for registration & helped me print out documents when I lost my insurance paperwork pretty helpful
