1 /5 jane L: 3rd time going to this location. Everytime has been an issue with this location. First time they deposit cash into savings not checking. My card was declined at store. I should have gone to different location this time but it was close to shopping center I needed to go to. This time they did not want to exchange a ripped bill that was only missing 5%, dog ripped it. Serial numbers were complete. Clearly states online any bill not missing more than half and with entire serial numbers can be exchanged at your bank. Went to a different office in apple valley and they gladly exchanged it with no issues.

1 /5 Abel Ray: Opened an account here and have been a customer for aboit 3 months now. I was skeptical at first because it’s technically a new bank (it used to be Desert Community Bank) Well at first I thought I was going to like it, however the women inside give off racist vibes. I have sat and observed the way they interact with white people as compared to latino presenting people and the difference is obvious. So hmm , wonder where that comes from.. Now as a customer, please DO NOT open an account here. I understand every customers experience is different but for starters, their app and online website alwaaays crashes. There’s always scheduled maintenance and you can’t log into your account to do anything. Sometimes it may be an emergency and you will not have access to your money if the app/website is down. The app in general is kind of hard to navigate. It’s really unorganized. Next, if you’re sending money through Zelle expect delays. Especially if they’re large quantities. You will absolutely have to call the 1800 and try to get them to clear the Zelle transfer. To me as a customer having access to the app/website with no disruptions is crucial since essentially you’re trying to access YOUR MONEY The Zelle thing is upsetting because why does everything have to be speculated as a fraud alert. To have someone’s rent on hold for $500?
