John Dee Wise Sr Not a good day. T hey closed my account. And insisted I open a new one. I had several deposits. Not only would they not let me access my money. They couldnt even tell me when I could. My account was hacked I guess. Had somebodys email down as mine and i never heard of the email before. So basically I was punished for my account being hacked. They treated me like I was responsible. I was quite taken back from the way they spoke to me. To top it off. NOT ONE EMAIL OR ANY NOTICE FROM GOLDEN 1. If I hadnt gone in there today I would of never known. I cant pay some of my bills now. Ive been with them for about 10 years and I was treated like a criminal. Not once we did they say sorry or seem even concerned. Im devastated and will be looking for a new bank. I would and will not recommend them to Anyone

Let me name the people I believe are involved, Paul Abe, Kaouri, who ever the VP is at who works with Paul Abe in Little Tokyo, Tom Matsuoka, Tony Rosado, Ruben D. Veira, Yuri Ogawa, Randy Hayes The Johnson Group, David Butler, Melinda Snyder, Travis Smith, Damian Johnson, David Johnson, John Glen, Edward Contrekas, Mia Nyugen, Cherie Wright, The Law Offices of Richard A Miller & Associates, Karen Hanemoto, The Law Offices of Robert W. Cohen, Samantha Rose Warner, Linda Poma, Justin A Miller, all bad ppl and I hope I can prosecute them all soon for ruining our family by financially crippling us. Cant forget Keybank,N.A., and Bank of America, and JP Morgan & Chase, and Smith & Barney. Thanx for being a part of the financial crisis!
