1 /5 Mallory Mackey: I would give 0 stars if I could. Have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Caron - who is not responsive by email or phone. I would not recommend their services.

1 /5 Richie Cook: They do not communicate!!!E mails and phone calls are unanswered or answered only begrudgingly. I had to drive to their office and bang on the door to get a response. I still have never talked to Caron after 1 year. Maybe that is because they control about one quarter of a billion dollars and could just care less.

1 /5 Dominique B: Would give this business 0 stars if I could. They don’t return calls or emails and the simplest of tasks takes weeks as they do nothing to speed it up. We’ve had the misfortune of having to deal with Caron, who is useless and full of excuses. Save yourself the trouble and work with a different company.

5 /5 Jill Markrack: Love this group and all the help they gave my family. All the ladies that answered the phones were very helpful. The staff was great at responding to my families emails and answering all of our easy and hard questions. I recommend them to everyone.
