5 /5 Wieder Cassandra (Cassie): I recently signed up as a new member and must say their customer service is stellar! I had a few small issues while using the FAST app and submitted a survey about it. I was contacted directly by the branch shortly after and they showed their care and concern and helped me fix the issues I had encountered. Every staff member I have been in contact with (in person or over the phone) in my brief time with FAST has been courteous, respectful, kind, and helpful. I truly feel valued as a FAST member and know I am in good hands with their credit union. They treat you like a human instead of a transaction or dollar sign. I highly recommend becoming a member if youre not already!
