In more detail, he has been the epitome of helpful professionalism at all times, and it is not at all surprising that he has such stellar online reviews. He was caring and thorough and diligent and SO friendly throughout, explaining my various insurance options very clearly, and laying out the pros and cons of the different approaches. He also went the extra mile on several issues, helping me find suitable fire insurance which was especially complicated and difficult to procure given my homes location in a Cal Fire "Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone." He did a lot of leg work helping me sort all that out and I deeply appreciate his help.
I should also say that his high level of service, his staying on top of everything, and his continuing to monitor the situation until everything was sorted out has been outstanding. Its really rare these days for someone to put in the time and effort, even after they have sold you a product or made a commission. With Sirak via Farmers, I really feel like I have someone on my team who has my back. He actually cares about his clients, which is pretty incredible these days. Furthermore, I was basically impossible to reach for two weeks, and Sirak never got frustrated or gave up on me, he just kept happily checking in until I finally got back to him.
