I was visiting the U.S. as a tourist from Europe when I got a traffic citation in California — allegedly driving over 100 mph. It was a serious ticket, and honestly, I wasn’t even sure if I was going that fast. It really stressed me out and I had no idea what to do. I came across Mr. Mannix’s office and decided to trust them with the case — and they did an amazing job. In the end, the ticket was dismissed. Both Ashley and Nevada were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. I had been unable to go to traffic court for a failure to completely stop (I rolled a bit) at a stop sign, and unable to enroll in traffic school, and my insurance doubled to over $200 a month which was a huge hit to my budget (which would have added up to total increased insurance of over $3,800 over three years). So I went to their office next to the courthouse, invested a modest, affordable, amount of money and put my trust in this legal team. And my case was dismissed! It was a marvelous experience from start to finish! White glove service! They handled everything - I didnt even need to go to court! 5 /5 Bill Woolcott: I received a ticket in December that was considered a serious infraction against my CDL. I live in MO and it would have been difficult for me to appear in court in person. My company citation department said I should contact Mr.Mannix to see if he could help, and help he did! I called and Kitty explained everything step by step. I was able to speak with Mr.Mannix prior to the arraignment to tell him what happened. He explained everything that was going to happen and what the possible outcomes were. I was informed every step of the way what was happening and when the court hearings were. I was informed today that Mr.Mannix appeared in court on my behalf and the case was dismissed. This outcome may not be typical as each case is different but, I was extremely satisfied with Mr.Mannixs service and the help of his administrative folks.
