Given all the different types and options for such policies, Sue was instrumental in providing meaningful information in a timely manner. As well Sue was great in following up on information provided to see anything more was needed to make an educated decision on such critical policies. I would highly recommend Sue Cunningham for her professionalism and in her partnering with great insurers offering quality products.

Not only are they friendly and kind, but they welcome our spoiled Golden Retriever with dog treats and lots of love. Antioch Community Credit Union is the best!!

Adriana Fernandez I‘ve been trying for 3 days to get a payoff for a customer I have yet to receive a call back from the person in charge Jesus Castro. They just keep giving me the run around on the phone when it seems pretty simple. So whats such a shame the games they seem to be playing Ill never understand why industries that rely on human interaction never invest in actually making that a pleasant experience. Bad business practice all I can say stay away.

Charlotte I’ve been with first command for 5 years in 3 different duty stations. Chalitda is by far the best advisor I’ve had. She truly cares about her clients and it shows with the time and energy she has put into helping me on my path to reach financial freedom. I didn’t grow up with financial security and I was not well educated on finances coming into the Navy, but Chalitda has helped fill in those gaps with white board drawings and many repeated explanations until I truly understood. This location has monthly events such as “puppies & pints” and “paint & sips” that help build community and they typically offer “lunch & learn” sessions to continue to build financial knowledge which have been great for my friends and I to attend.
