Megan Davila made a very special effort to find me & call me to tell me about the piece of mail. After finding me she mailed it to my Oregon address. How many people do that? Nobody. I have always been impressed by the very personal service and attention to detail that these professional people have given to me over the 21 years that I have been with Umpqua. Chris Went in today to look at their loan offerings. They are very competitive, friendly staff, and have some unique product offerings. Lindsay is very helpful and knowledgeable. No sales tactics, shes straight and to the point and will be honest if they can beat another rate or not if you have a competing loan offer.
