Liberty Group - Oakland

Jeff Wagner We have been working with the Liberty Group and the financial advisor team for fifteen years. Our advisor is truly invested in developing a strategy and a long-range plan that meets our goals. David, Matt, and the team have the expertise and experience to help navigate the volatility of today’s markets. Matt advised us on our cross-country move two years ago, encouraged us, gave us the right guidance, and set up the appropriate account for our real estate transactions. We are currently working on tax diversification plan. We have also used the Trust and Tax services of Hollander & Hollander and have been quite pleased with the resources and outcomes.

Edelman Financial Engines - Pasadena

Dennis Chapman The Most Confused Financial Planner??? I have been listening to KFI radio for many years and I continuously hear a commercial for a financial planner and a radio segment by Ric Edelman. During the commercials he gives a phone number where people can contact him and then follow up by saying “Or visit us at Ric Edelman.com, that is Rice Stellman.com”. Now which one is it?? Is it Ric Edelman.com or Rice Stellman.com?? He sounds very confused and I certainly would not want someone that confused handling my money. Does he mean that we are able to reach him at either email address?? Or, is he trying to clarify that instead of Ric Edelman.com it should be Rice Stellman.com?? When I search for someone giving financial advice I expect them to be accurate and precise, not ambiguous. This confusion cannot be blamed on the advertising agency because Ric does the voice over. I think that they need to review their commercial and step it up to a professional level, as professional as they claim to be.

Bank of America Financial Center - Merced

Helen Willoughby Peck I rarely post a review but felt that I should note my very positive experience as opposed to the many, many negative reviews. After reading all the reviews before my visit I expected the worst experience. But, to my surprise, I had a great experience. Bo, the manager greeted us as we walked in and directed us to an associate that would help us out. He was inexperienced and she hovered a bit to help him through. She was very knowledgeable and quickly understood that our road maintenance account had been set up incorrectly years ago and helped us fix a very messy situation. Our appointment went much longer than expected because of so many complications but they were both pleasant and patient. I did wait for a teller for another reason and there were three tellers available. The line was not that long. There seemed to be quite a few people in the lobby hanging around for a long time. I presumed they were waiting for an associate to help them. If you want someone (not a teller ) to help you, MAKE AND APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE and stop complaining about your wait time.
