My car loan was handled professionally and with care—I appreciate THEM for taking MY business (since I am the one who needs them—not vice versa). I was walked through the whole process and dealt with reasonable people over the phone every time I called.
I am grateful that a company was willing to help me in my situation. We are in the spot we are because of our own actions, anybody who is writing bad reviews thinks the world owes them something for doing nothing. If you’re responsible enough to MAKE A PAYMENT you wont have any problems with them or otherwise. They dont “harass” you for any reason and are actually more “fair” than any other finance company I’ve dealt with.
