Being first-time home buyers, we were filled with questions and not once did Edward make us feel like a bother to him. We first met with him to check our standing with prequalifying and Edward was really good at helping us break down what loan we best qualified for and what would be the best thing to do in order for us to improve our loan amount. Sometimes lenders forget to follow up with you after the first meeting, but Edward set a goal of 6 months for us and was the first one to reach out when the time came... that showed me he was not giving up on us and wanted to help us reach our goals no matter the time frame we needed. He even reached out to us during the 6-month time frame to let us know about a new program available so we could be up to date with all the information. We never felt pressured by him to do something we werent comfortable with, and he always gave us the time we needed before making a final decision. I cant thank Edward enough for his patience with us even after we would ask him the same question one too many times and for never making us feel like buying a home would be impossible in our situation. He is very much deserving of the 5-star review and is someone who I will highly recommend to anybody else wanting to buy a home.
