5 /5 Angel Jaramillo: Im forever grateful for Hank and his team! Absolutely forever. Words simply cant and will not express how much they helped me. Not only did I feel heard in all my concerns, but nothing felt stalled, and I didnt have to deal with any prolonged suffering.
Accidents are never pleasant. And when it involves you getting T-Boned by someone running a stop sign to outrun the cops, that becomes a major annoyance. Thats how the story started, and it got worse from there.
I got thrown right into a building due to the impact and seeing that my air bags went off, I knew my car was a goner. I was in shock because it happened so fast. I knew I had to scramble out and get pictures. Its even more annoying when people are looking at you like you deliberately drove into the building. It hurt to take pictures using my right hand. The airbag I found out later not only injured my hand but broke a finger.
This accident ruined a lot of things for me...Being right-handed was a huge hinderance for my performance at work. I couldnt take time off. It was hard to take care of myself!
With the loss of my first car earlier this year, my spouse and I were thinking about getting a new 2nd car because we were almost done paying off this blue car. But because of this accident...we were back to one car again.
Because of the first loss, this accident imbedded a huge trauma response in my ability to drive which made me very depressed, and since I work in insurance, I felt this was going to take a very long time to get settled.
I was referred to Hank by a close relative and I really wasnt sure about it at first. However, upon first meeting, he focused on my needs and my experience. He didnt get lost in the weeds and made me feel that I was the primary importance and ensured that my case was going to be handled quick and efficiently.
From there we corresponded via emails along with his staff in regard to how Ive been, my dr visits, my physical therapy, my basic therapy, answering my questions, obtaining all the necessary pictures and documentations. I do feel I can be a bit needy at times, but I didnt feel that way with Hank and his team. They responded to me within minutes to an hour or possibly the next day for sure (if I sent an email later that day).
Im more than happy with the outcome. Simply overwhelmed with gratitude! The accident was an absolute emotional rollercoaster and a test in all areas of strength. My life changed in so many ways, but I feel majorly blessed to have had Hank and his team represent my case. Ill absolutely recommend them to any of my peers because theyve exceeded my overall expectations. Thank you, Hank Greenblatt, Sully, Suzanne and the rest of the team!
