Ranko Nakamura Bill Wehde and Scott have always been so helpful and so quick to respond to any question, claim or phone call. They follow up immediately and solved and resolved any question or claim we submitted. We had flooding from rain and then about 4 months later flooding again from a faulty valve on a toilet. It was such a mess, but everything was taken care of so quickly and replaced and repaired. Bill and Scott definitely give us peace of mind and truly turned our disasters into a beautiful home again.

He spent about 40 minutes on the phone with me explaining the policies and was attentive over email with follow up questions in the coming days. We ended up not going with this policy for other reasons, but I appreciate all the time he spent helping me and would absolutely consider him for future insurance needs.
