Finally a guy picked up and said he’d transfer me. I got a recording that said “to transfer to Allstate press 1” just to torture myself a bit more I hit #1 and someone picked up and said I don’t work for Allstate..WHAT?! So I called liberty insurance back (just out of morbid curiosity at this point) and the dude (same dude as I talked to initially) acted like I was crazy. After that whole thing I feel like I’m losing my mind..never got a quote
