Marie Thatcher super unprofessional and flaky... I have been with New York Life for over 15 years and a lot of things changed so I have been trying for over 2 years to change my policy. My my representative will not call me back or email I have been trying to reach her for weeks. I did a medical examination and never heard back from the company or my rep. I switched to Farmers Insurance and the customer service was Top Notch and got me all taken care of within a few days.

Mike Healan Always a pleasure going here and they always have a helpful staff. The customer service is open from 9am-7pm. Closed from 11am-12pm for lunch. I noticed the times on here and figured it would be helpful to know the actual times it’s open. Hopefully all the websites update times of businesses because I recently went somewhere else and was like I have 30 minutes awesome! To only find out the times were wrong online. But you can’t always believe what the internet tells you, always best to call to know the times of when anything is open or closed.
