This speaks volumes after I have had 5 attorneys over the course of an 8 year tough situation involving custody and support. He agreed to take my custody case last minute when I felt it was getting out of control. He was as able to identify the issues and came through with a swift and firm approach while keeping me informed and bringing my case to a quick resolution. He made me feel protected in a situation where I needed it most and in such a difficult and troubling time, James helped put me at ease right away. He was the first attorney to call me back and did so while in the middle of his workout to answer ALL of my questions. Right away, you could tell that he wanted to help and that he cared. James was personable and spoke in a way that made me feel like we had already won and settled the case! He was exceptional at communicating and broke things down in terms that were easy for me to understand. He was very easy to contact whether it be through a call, text, or email and was clear if he wasn’t going to be able to answer right away due to being out of town, etc. He’s very professional, reliable, AND hilarious!
