Deb Monday, 09/15/2025, began as a horrible day! There were 3 fraud account(s) posted on my account, which left me in the negative. I was frustrated and upset because I did not think that this would get resolved immediately, amongst other issues. Clovis’s Branch Manager, Andrea West helped me, and saved me! She was wonderful! Although, it was confusing to me, she knew her stuff, and explained to me what she was doing every step of the way! Prior to her helping me, I was considering changing to another Credit Union. Andrea did a great job, and I would like to thank her for everything, and this is why I’m posting a review!

Rika VL I recommend Doug Williams and his office manager Kristi Scherbaum very highly to anyone who needs financial advice and who wants to secure their family’s and their own future. Doug is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and top-notch with his recommendations for investments. He is easy to talk to and very responsive to calls/questions you might have. He doubled some of my investments in only one year! Kristi also is top-notch. Very professional but also easily approachable, quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and truly caring. These are attributes I have equally found in Doug.
