5 /5 Shawn Paonessa: I used the app to apply to exchange my secured card for an unsecured card. It was surprisingly easy. I didnt expect s follow up call for a few days, they called me that afternoon for some follow-up and verification questions. I was told that a representative from the branch would be in touch with me, once again I thought it would be a few day, no, it was a few minutes. She asked a few more simple questions, made an appointment the next day and was willing to juggle her lunch around to accommodate me. She was professional, helpful, and kind. She explained everything to me, we signed papers and I was done! All in less than 2 days, and I will get my card and secured funds released in a few days. I couldnt be happier with the service I received.

I recently refinanced my 2017 Toyota Tundra it was a very painless process due to the professionalism of the loan officer by the name of Darcy. Her professionalism and dedication to customer service has proof that even though this credit union has changed hands since Ive been doing business with them all is well. Since that time Ms. Darcy has helped me with other financial matters and is very knowledgeable about her job matters that I had no idea about and was very helpful in well as professional in all matters pertaining to the financial well-being of this customer. I would like to note that I asked when I bought my vehicle at Thurston Toyota in Ukiah that I requested to get my love through Community First Credit Union, but they stuck me with a very predatory loan to another loan company I probably will never do any business with them again. I recommend to anyone looking to do any type of banking business to go to this fine institution. Dennis Cox
