5 /5 Alysa Stanford: The Branch Manager here is standout. Worked very hard on an issue we were having with mortgage credit reporting. Followed up with us daily until issue was resolved. Found it to be the cleanest, quietest, and most professional bank in the area. The ATM is newer and feels more secure than neighboring banks. Chase has a wealth of products and services that make it very easy to do business and banking out of the area. Despite my credit reporting issue, having a Chase mortgage has been a positive experience and their customer service has been excellent. They always make me feel like a valued customer, are helpful and kind.

3 /5 Qazi Mogo: No direct telephone line for scheduling appointments! Limiting this very basic functionality to ONLINE PROCESSES ONLY can only result in the loss to Chase Bank of potential customers who, for whatever reason, might not have consistent access to online processes. To be blunt about it, its an indefensible business decision on the part of Chase Morgan corporation resulting in an exponential loss of revenue when factoring in the total number of branches Nationwide! Its just plain DUMB!!

2 /5 Mechelle Peterson: Id like my bank to answer the phone or at least have an option to speak to a human being. When I need help, I would like to be able to sit down with someone from my bank to talk to. You cannot get a person on the telephone. You have to drive down period are you can try to make an appointment online, which takes 2 to 3 weeks for someone to even get the appointment set for you period Customer service is going right out the door as youre sitting there on your couch looking at your phone.. For such a small town Ive never had to wait so long. Its always such a long wait to get service in here. And so shocking for such a small town its a shame that we get charged left and right for everything now. Instead of them working for us we are now working for them. And then we gotta wait a 1/2 hour just to make AA deposit. Eddie

1 /5 Madge Casacca: The ATM at this bank is out of order a lot. Today is Saturday so the bank is closed. And of course the ATM is out of order again. It’s frustrating that you can’t even get your own money out of the bank. Going to find a different bank.
