The woman who answered the phone didn’t seem to have a clue how to help. She told me Gia would call me back, but weeks went by with no response. I followed up by emailing Gia directly—still no reply.
In my final attempt, I called again. The woman asked if I had emailed Gia, and when I said yes, she actually asked if Gia had ever gotten back to me —which clearly showed a lack of communication within their team.
It’s now been about two weeks since that last call, and I’ve still heard nothing. I ended up going through a different broker, and they got everything done in a single day—something I had waited three months for with this company and never got resolved.
