Rashad Hollis Mrs. Chastain is a life saver! Her knowledge and expertise for family court is amazing. I was referred to contact her by a friend who lost a case to Shauna. My friend told me if she could do everything all over again she would have hired Mrs. Chastain. I quickly learned why she said that after hiring Mrs. Chastain. I got military orders to California in the middle of a divorce. I was able to notice immediately my ex-wife was trying to get over on me, especially after she served me two days before a deployment about child custody. My ex was banking on the fact that i would be able to appear in court to defend myself. Mrs. Chastain assured me that everything would be okay and was able to post pone my court case until I returned. She also was able to assure that my ex would answer my calls from the deployed location to talk to my daughter. For this alone, I am grateful because I knew hearing my daughters voice as I defend America was my top priority while serving. When I returned home, Mrs. Chastain made the entire divorce and custody case comfortable for me. I was constantly paranoid for the worse because I met plenty of people that said a man has no chance with the judge that resided over my case. Mrs. Chastain assured me again not to worry and let her take the lead. I put all faith in her and she got all my wishes granted! I got 50/50 everything and my ex even had to pay me $65 a month in child support. Ironically my ex and I agreed for no child support for each other but she filed for child support while I was deployed thinking my case would default. I considered the $65 KARMA on my ex. I have referred Mrs. Chastain to at least seven other personal friends that I currently serve with and all of them are pleased with her services. Never have I had a complaint about her or the results that came from their cases. I know for a fact that the US Air Force lifestyle makes divorce settlements more difficult than the average divorce with no change of residence or deployment aspects. She has handled difficult case sent to her with ease. Her subject matter knowledge is outstanding. Everyone always ask was she a military lawyer because she understands MyPay, the LES, BAH, BAS and PCS orders. In conclusion, she was the president for the Solano Bar Association for 2012. Take it from me..... You get what up pay for!!!!

However, after being struck by a car as a pedestrian while walking across a crosswalk with the right of way, sustaining major injuries and requiring ambulance transport to Kaiser emergency, I expected a fair offer from the drivers insurance company afterwards. Instead, they provided an insultingly lowball offer barely above the cost of medical expenses, and after a short period it became clear that negotiating with them on my own was impossible. Sam Borna I used Culver legal for my accident case not too long ago. I was very pleased with how they handled my case.
