Damian was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry and politely informed me that the type of assistance I was looking for would be outside of his practice area. However, he then offered to refer us to someone he was confident could help us. He even sent over some background info about her and her professional contributions and accomplishments. Damian’s professionalism and kind demeanor left me feeling hopeful and heard. The fact that he then took time to write an informative and effective introductory email to her made the process towards getting representation very seamless. I hired her the very next day! She’s been an amazing resource and advocate for my family and I feel so grateful to Damian for taking the time to ensure we got our needs met in finding representation. He couldn’t take our case but directed us in all the right directions, gave us advice, and even got in contact with another firm for us. I was honestly hoping to work with him based on how well spoken he was about our issue, but him helping us out and finding us another firm was over the top in terms of customer service. If I run into any other problems in the future Damian will 100% be my go-to guy.
