He is very attentive in every aspect of your case, what can you and can’t you do and what steps are best for your situation. Carroll helped me with full custody of 5 children including adoption for My husband of all 5 children. It took us years trying to find a good price for all we where asking and Carroll was the lowest I’ve ever came across and not only that he came across with a lot of knowledge of our situation. The absent parent is a rolling stone and we did not have an exact contact information on him but Carroll and his investigation team went above and beyond in looking into last known addresses and last known work job(s). Pretty much did all they can to contact the parent. After all this he went into filing motion for putting an add into the newspaper of where the absent parent was last known to be residing at. Carroll Went above and beyond to find ways to help us financially with posting in Alameda County newspaper. We ended up saving $10,000 due to being able to qualify for a fee waiver. Carroll is very honest and up forward with everything in the case either good or bad. He looked into things in depth to make sure when we close this case there won’t be no cracks in the future for the absent parent to try and reopen the case. I Thank Carroll for all his hard work and helping us with all we’ve asked. All in all it took a year but let’s be honest it takes time to Let all the process take its time. I called late on a Friday night and I received a call from him early Saturday morning, not his secretary but him. After only speaking for 5 minutes with me he had booked an appointment for me for the following Monday, and answered all my questions.
