1 /5 Vicky Alvarado: Well it was the most unpleasant experience of my life in a currency exchange house. I have been changing money for 40 years on this same street and the moment I entered I arrived and gave the money to the lady to change it. She told me that I was not a member that she could not change it. My husband was with me and he was a member and she did not want to change it for him either because I brought the money. So for me it is a lack of respect to the client and the way she spoke to me as well. So please I ask you to have a little more education when treating people because we were not going to do absolutely anything and it was illegal just to change money. Bad service, the worst I have ever had in a currency exchange house here in Calexico, California.
