5 /5 Laura Lorena Martinez: I had such great service here. Maria went above and beyond. I’m not a person that likes to write reviews but this Maria’s customer service was just excellent. She was nice and so thorough .It was past closing time and instead of rushing me out and shutting me down she still made sure I understood E V E R Y T H I N G and got the help I needed. A week or so after I called and she knew who I was and still was able to explain everything to me and with same great attitude. She didn’t seem annoyed she was very sweet and charismatic. That right there is great customer service… you need anything from this place look for Maria !!!

5 /5 Nicole: Best check cashing place, I will not go anywhere else. Vanny was super polite and helped me cash a check for a large amount. I thought for sure I was going to get turned away because of the amount however she made it happen! Thank you so much! All the ladies at this location are super friendly and helpful. Vanny had me in and out in under an hour even with all the verifications that she had to do as well as waiting for approval from her manager! Thanks again Vanny, you completely make my day!!

5 /5 Victoria Meno: I went in there just this past Saturday and it was the best service I have ever experienced. Before I went to the Concord location, I had called the day before which was Friday. I had a few questions that were answered with information that helped my visit turn out successful. Juanita couldnt have been the perfect candidate for this job. I believe she is the definition of success in many ways. She did everything and more to help me get what I needed to accomplish with my visit. Not only did she do it but she and I believe her boss worked together and job beyond well done!!!! My experience with Juanita was truly amazing!! She is clearly meant to do what she is doing but she deserves the most. Im very grateful she answered the phone that day. I highly recommend seeking services from Juanita at California Check Cashing.
