Iy has bern a really difficult time and despite it being rough around the edges, we are really glad that Mr. Ben finally came through and was the one to assist us. They both have been such a big help towards our journey with the case that we went through thats been dragged on for too long. They are both very professional and they handled everything really well. Mr. Ben was very kind and respectful. He handled everything with great professionalism. He facilitated everything for us and was always on top of the case so we would have an easier time through a tough one. He was very honest and transparent and helped us understand what we needed to know. It was thanks to him, we gotten whats possibly the best outcome that we could have achieved. We also want to thank Daisy for being so patient and sticking around us despite the frustration and anxeity that my family had. Communication was not great, and my family and I were already overwhelmed — not only because of my brother’s legal situation, but also due to recent losses in the family. As you can imagine, this was an extremely stressful time. What made it harder was the lack of consistent contact from our attorneys. The attorneys kept changing, and each time a new one was assigned, we’d speak once or twice, then never hear from them again. This created a lot of uncertainty and added to our stress.
