5 /5 Ana Boyd: I need to be brutally honest in this review. We hired Bulldog Law to defend my brother, who was battling multiple cases. At the beginning, my experience with this firm was rough. Communication was not great, and my family and I were already overwhelmed — not only because of my brother’s legal situation, but also due to recent losses in the family. As you can imagine, this was an extremely stressful time.
What made it harder was the lack of consistent contact from our attorneys. The attorneys kept changing, and each time a new one was assigned, we’d speak once or twice, then never hear from them again. This created a lot of uncertainty and added to our stress.
Recently, things took a complete turn for the better when attorney **Benjamin Luke** and paralegal **Daisy Avalos** were assigned to my brother’s case. I kid you not — these two restored my faith in Bulldog Law. Benjamin was everything we needed from the start: proactive instead of reactive, reaching out with updates, sending text reminders for upcoming court appearances, and staying on top of the case. Daisy was patient, responsive, and genuinely empathetic. She understood the stress we were under and always made the effort to answer my questions.
Yesterday, my brother was released and is finally home! His time away was unrelated to Bulldog Law’s representation, but rather tied to mental health issues. That being said, I am giving Bulldog Law **5 stars** because they turned things around by putting the right people on our case — people who truly care, are professional, and understand what clients need to get through this process.
Thank you, Ben and Daisy. Bulldog Law, when hiring new attorneys, use Benjamin as your example of what a great lawyer should be and the type of lawyers that should represent your business.
