Eric Anderson After the death of my father, I was caught in a very complicated Estate battle that entailed three separate but touching parcels in a pristine downtown location, a stubborn and incompetent "executor" living on one of them rent free for years, and potential environmental issues. At the advices of a family friend and successful attorney in San Jose, Ca, I was connected with Mike Johnson. Mike was very clear about the costs and complications up front and the opposing Estate attorney and executor were not afraid to play nasty by ignoring communications, refusing to pay basic utility bills, and even lying in court documents. Thanks to Mikes clever thinking and strategy, we were ultimately able to force the opposing partys hand and arrive at a cost saving and efficient settlement that brought things to and end and that we were content with.
