1 /5 Brian Logue: Recently went through a divorce, did alot of research of reviews online to try and find a good attorney and found Bill Bratton. He was on the more expensive side so figured he knew his stuff. Long story short found out the hard way expensive doesnt mean good. I went to actual court 1 time, the rest of the process was him and the other attorney going back and forth racking up the bill. Bill Bratton was trying to negotiate a settlement during the process using the home value of $600k. I explained to Bill that the house was worth way more than that and that the value of the house was my most major concern when trying to come up with a settlement so that I can get a good chunk of money out of the divorce. I put everything I had in the home, built a pool, spa, built a massive outdoor bar, new flooring, paint, landscaping, kitchen, etc... I wanted my fair share for the home so I can recoup as much as I could. He said the house was estimated on Zillow to be $600k and I explained that Zillow is not a good source to value the home. He should know this and he should have fought tooth and nail for the true value of the home so that I could get as much as possible out of it. He failed to do so. I ended up settling for hundreds of thousands less because of this. As soon as the divorce was final my ex wife put the house on the market for $1,038,000. I paid Bill Brattons office close to $70k in attorney fees and went to court 1 TIME!!! He kept using scare tactics on me rather than insuring me that Id do better in court than to settle. I do not recommend his service to anyone. This review will most likely be deleted due to him being an attorney but thought Id give it a shot. I will be having the State Bar review my case and billing.

For my recent divorce, I searched online and discovered the stellar reviews for William Bratton, I hired him to represent me-sight unseen! When I had to leave the state and move across the country; Bill, and his partner, Mike Razo, and my paralegal, Toni, were great so I had the confidence they would take care of me. Bill was adept at engaging firmly with my husband yet remaining fair. His skill and experience were instrumental in securing the best outcome for my case. I was impressed with Mike Razo for his excellent handling of my remote appearance for court, and his patient attention to my concerns. I trust and highly recommend this superior law firm and would not hesitate to utilize them again.

1 /5 L: Biggest mistake of my life aside from the father of my child! 14k in the hole over a simple custody case, that after finding out I could of done it all on my own. Hired a female lawyer from here because she was recommended it one of my friends so I trusted. Overall, I just wanted to establish 5050 custody and the ability to vacation with my child. I ended up with 5050 plus having to pay child support to the father of my childt, even after she saw his coercive and manipulative behavior and I had evidence that his lawyer advised hin to stop working. The couple words she said in court I could of done so myself. Oh, but she showed up to court in her Louie V pumps and bag. Complete and utter disappointment. She knew it was a simple case, I informed her that I didnt know anything about the Family court system and took complete advantage. SAD

5 /5 David Hesse: Most of us have had or will have a need to hire a lawyer at some point in our life.unless you know one personally, its not an easy task, I hope this makes it easer for someone. One of the most important things your lawyer should do for you is put you at ease and make you feel confident that theyre going to take care of you, Bill (he insisted I call him Bill) did that right from the beginning. He talks straight to you in a way thats very relatable and easy to understand. He delivered a win for me in a situation that seemed hopeless, my divorce was complicated, to say the least. As impressed and grateful as I am with what he accomplished for me, what Im most thankful for is the peace of mind I have, believing that Bill gave me the best outcome that was possible. Trust me, I know what Im talking about, theres nothing worse than feeling like you dont trust your lawyer and nothing better than feeling that you do. Im sure Im not an exception, I believe he treats all of his clients with the same genuine care and service. His staff was very professional and did a great job communicating and keeping me informed. Perhaps the best measure of my feelings would be to ask myself, would I hire him again, would I recommend him to my friends or family? To that I would genuinely and emphatically answer... YES! Thank you Bill, youre one of the good guys!
