From the very beginning, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and guided me through each step of the process. What stood out the most was her genuine care and commitment — I never once felt rushed or ignored. She handled everything efficiently, with great attention to detail, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable. I am beyond satisfied with the results and truly grateful for her support. Karen goes above and beyond for her clients, and I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and dependable.

5 /5 Lisa D: Karen began working with my family and me in 2013. My father chose Karen as a fiduciary. He spent his professional career in investments, money management and had acted in a fiduciary capacity during the course of his lifetime. Karen is adept and experienced in her profession and is also a very approachable person, as other professionals are not. Over the years I have sought Karens advice and she has always made herself available to me. She has been tremendously helpful with a close family members special needs, and with his Special Needs Trust. Karen has provided many helpful resources for my entire family, including obtaining legal representation for this family member with special needs. I am very appreciative and grateful to have Karen in our lives.

1 /5 Tom Mulvihill: Karen Fisher was the most disappointing choice we made for my mother’s conservatorship. I cannot recommend her or her service to anyone. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and look elsewhere.

You have received emails from an email address that you refuse to answer or give complete answers too. My review wasn’t “I” didn’t get answers it was about your work ethics and refusal to respond to emails to family with answers. Seems your emotional response to me about general statements about a family’s situation dealing with you once again just reinforces how unprofessional you are. I stand by all my emails about Bishop Fiduciary and Karen’s treatment to family. If I could give 0 stars I would! Just this past week Karen refuses to answer simple questions or request. As I read through the many poor reviews for Bishop Fiduciary each one has a common theme “Karen” the owner. Her mission statement on her website states “she follows the client’s wishes and estate plans;” the only plan she follows is what is best for “Karen”. Our family was in need of a fiduciary to protect our mother from elder abuse from two of her grown children. Karen’s name was chosen but like others have written the first meeting was pleasant. After that the only thing “Karen” is protecting is her own income. “Karen” does not work with family, she does not like to answer questions about her business practices, she refuses to answer emails when questions are asked, her charges and fees are outrageous and she hires side contractors because she doesn’t really do her job well. While “being in charge” she allowed her contractors to dispose of many family mementos from our family cabin, without even a care of years of memories. Karen takes no blame nor will she admit to her carelessness or lack of responsibility. “Karen” really couldn’t explain why this happened nor did she care about the fact she allowed hundreds of possessions to be tossed out. The few items she decided to return to family were not complete. Clearly after trying to work with her, she has no medical background and acts challenged at best about medical links for patient information. Do not be fooled and influenced by her website or first meeting or any recent reviews of happy clients. Do yourself a favor along with your family members and go elsewhere. It’s the worst experience that can take place. Once a conservator is appointed it is very hard to replace. It costs thousands of dollars in court fees because “Karen” will refuse to step down all along receiving money out of a family trust for all her poor efforts. A frustrating 1 1/2 yrs of her antics.
