5 /5 david zhang: I had a hit-and-run accident. I was carried out of my car, put on a stretcher, loaded into the ambulance, and sent to the ER. My car was totaled. The police report also indicated a Hit-and-Run. I had UM coverage at the time of the accident, so I called my insurance company. I was told that my UM would only cover my accident after the "runaway party" was caught or could be located. I was also advised not to open the case file with my insurance company so that I wouldnt waste their time. I called almost every attorney in the Yellow Pages, and none would take my case. However, Belal took my case. He spoke to me in person, directly. He and his team, particularly his assistant Efrain, paid attention to every detail of my case and addressed all my concerns and questions throughout the entire process.
