1 /5 Kristen Phillips: I had an MRI done this week and wanted to pay my bill for $1,200 and the billing employee put an extra zero and charged me $12,000!! They assured me they canceled the charge even though I showed them the money came out of my bank account. They were not helpful and made me feel like I was over reacting. They later called and told me the payment vendor said the money didn’t go through. The charge posted to my bank account this morning, and my bank confirmed the claim did indeed go through. Everyone I have talked to has shuffled me off or not been helpful and I don’t know how or when I will get TWELVE THOUSAND dollars back. Hoping my bank can help me because Barton employees sure aren’t.
