1 /5 Scott Gehrman: Poor management. A reflection of the worse of BofA. One teller for 15-people while another teller takes a break and is forced to announce to customers, "I had to stop to eat lunch before I fainted." Its sad she was forced to this position while management was not to be seen and/or on an extended lunch break. This branch also models how they treat those with larger accounts tremendously better than those with smaller. This is evident to me because I’m treated horribly for my personal account and like a King with my business account. Horrible service, poor management, and yet a great example of everything that is wrong with BofA. 3/25/25: UPDATE: Drove across town 1/2 an hour to make a cash deposit. Arrived at 4:01pm to learn they were closed (these lessened hours are unprofessional). I was forced to use the atm. After inserting about $1600 the machine malfunctioned, went out of service, and didnt account for my deposit. I banged on the banks door and the manager came and said they dont service the atm, we’re closed, and all you can do is call the number on the atm. (Lame world we’re in when the manager of a bank knows im frustrated, may of lost $1600, and doesn’t even take my name or account number, etc.) Called and waited on hold for 78-minutes to make a report. Praying for the best. 4/12 Update: After the ATM issue above, BofA finally resolved it by withdrawing TOO MUCH from my account. There is no option to dispute this amount, and im stuck back on hold for hours upon hours. My next call will be a police report for theft. Also a joke that for these reviews they ask you to contact them via X - formerly Twitter. I don’t and won’t use X and customer service shouldn’t rely on a social media team to clean up the pieces for a defunct branch.

1 /5 Jaxon Keckler: ave had one of the worst banking experiences of my life with Bank of America. They have repeatedly failed to release funds that are rightfully mine, despite providing all the necessary documentation and following every protocol. Every time I try to resolve the issue, I get inconsistent information, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. The customer service is absolutely abysmal—rude representatives who seem more interested in rushing me off the phone than actually helping. I’ve spent hours on hold, only to be transferred and passed around departments with no resolution in sight. This bank does not value its customers, and it shows. If you’re considering opening an account with them—don’t. Save yourself the stress and go with a bank that treats people with basic respect and competence.

1 /5 Kyle Kirch: Final update: Im switching banks. Im here right now on a Friday at 11:45 and theres a line out the door waiting for the bank to open. Are you kidding? So its only going to be open for 4 hours today? I got bills to pay. They take 90 minute lunch breaks, the ATMs rarely work, theyre severely understaffed, and Im done with it. I switched from Wells Fargo to BofA after the whole class action suit over the fact that Wells Fargo used to be allowed to keep piling on overdraft fees daily. Ive been with BofA for I want to say 5+ years or so. They were ok at first. Its a typical large bank: monthly fees, red tape, mediocre customer service, but its just the price you pay to keep your money somewhere safe and insured these days. The last couple years has just been a disaster, though. At least for our small town BofA. This is the only location in town aside from a vestibule at the Y that is poorly maintained (last year the ceiling fell apart and leaked water in there for a couple weeks). Most employees are pretty friendly and dont deserve to be thrown under the bus for what is clearly upper management and/or tight labor costs, because theyre consistently under-staffed. I just want to point out that it went downhill long before the lockdown of 2020. Now its just even worse because of the pandemic. A lot of things may be out of this locations control, but not having functioning ATMs (BofA by far has the slowest, most inconvenient ATMs, taking upwards of 5 minutes to deposit money and not being allowed to deposit cash and checks at the same time like most other ATMs which is not just a time waste but a safety issue), being closed on a normal business day without any signage as to why, debit cards that fade and stop working after less than a year, the monthly maintenance fee despite having consistent money flowing into the account, its just these little things that add up to an irritating experience and it makes me wonder why I dont just switch banks. Demand better service and less fees. Banks made 11.68 billion dollars in 2019 on overdraft fees alone. They have the money and resources to staff appropriately, remain open past 4 PM, and have efficient ATMs.

1 /5 Ally Hender: Walked in to open up an account for the convenience of location and well established bank rep BOA has. That all changed by one simple thing. The guy with the glasses and ipad completely ignored me as I was sitting and patiently waiting. He gave the older gentleman info that allowed him a second to acknowledge me as he walked away for a sec, but didnt. Then the older gentleman comes back and he continues to help him on the ipad. (Still 0 acknowledgement). No worries. But then As another person walked away from the bank teller to possibly get help from the guy I was waiting on (that was the case) he continues to ignore me and acknowledges the guy walking to where we were and goes on to ask him what he needs and when he could fit him in, etc.. The rep with the glasses noticed I was in disbelief and as I was walking away he then says "ill be with you...." a whole 7 minutes of 0 acknowledgement. Yet once a guy walks up, he instantly asks him if he needs help as hes helping the man who was already speaking with him. Not cool. If this is the poor service you receive here, ill gladly take my money to another bank that shows some form of acknowledgement. A simple "hello, be right with you" wouldve sufficed. It was not busy at all. & I wouldve waited all day. But id rather not do business with a place like this.
