1 /5 Teyronn Jackson: I went in to open a checking account, but the line was so long and they only had one teller working. I heard another customer in line saying its always like this. So I looked at the ratings and saw how aweful they were. The long lines and poor customer service was just too much. I couldnt take a chance with giving them my business. They are clearly understaffed and their waiting area was like a lounge full of people.

They made me wait 45 minutes to tell me that I had to make an an appointment I ask guy in the front if I need an appointment to open a checking account and he tell me no just wait and we open your account right now 45 minutes later they just tell me i need to make an appointment. Customer service is bad. I will never open the checking or savings account with this bank.

5 /5 Kristin Dobbins: The tellers are always super sweet and efficient! I bank here through my business and they treat everyone with respect and professionally. The lines get a bit long so be prepared to wait because they can have anywhere between 1-4 tellers at a time. Be patient, it’s a business that provides a service and you know you want them to spend all the time you need once it’s your turn!

1 /5 Mya Escamilla: if i could give this place 0 stars i would do that. When my mom who has cancer came up at 5 on the dot since she’s been at appointments and can’t come out often the security declined her to come in. She tried to pull out cash from the ATM then the ATM never gave back her card. Once she had notified them they said there is nothing they can do and how she can just come in tomorrow or order a new card. She can’t come in tomorrow because she has chemo. The security was unprofessional and rude.
