1 /5 Gustavo Campos: I recently visited and, although the ladies working there were nice, the overall experience was very disappointing. There were only three tellers available, despite there being more than ten people in line. This resulted in wait times of over an hour.
The inadequate staffing during peak hours is unacceptable and highly inconvenient. Bank of America needs to address this issue and ensure there are enough tellers to meet customer demand.
