1 /5 Rey De Villa: Worst BOA branch I have been to. The older woman (teller) refused to help me with my account concern. I have done the same visit at BOA Hercules branch in the past and they were really nice, accommodating and helpful. I was never told that they cannot help me at the counter.

1 /5 M: Tellers are nice. But the line is always insanely long. No matter what day or time it is , without a doubt it will be long and you will be standing there for 30 min or more. There is always only 2 tellers. To add the parking is always terrible.

1 /5 Gustavo Campos: I recently visited and, although the ladies working there were nice, the overall experience was very disappointing. There were only three tellers available, despite there being more than ten people in line. This resulted in wait times of over an hour. The inadequate staffing during peak hours is unacceptable and highly inconvenient. Bank of America needs to address this issue and ensure there are enough tellers to meet customer demand.

But since its a credit union, I know my money is being re-invested into my community instead of the pockets of billionaire CEOs and the prison industrial complex. Investing your money in a credit union is a moral decision that directly helps ordinary people and organizations in your local community. Im proud to be a resident of Richmond and proud to have my money in a local credit union. Also the owner at this local branch is a cool dude.
