1 /5 Vivian McGrath: BUYER BEWARE! Judy Simpson and her employee Mary Wyatt (a dis-barred attorney in California) made error after error in preparing papers for me in an unlawful detainer case. If you know anything about unlawful detainers, you know that when there is an error made, you face starting the entire process over. Especially if your tenant retains an attorney. Judy and Mary were nowhere to be found when I requested a refund of monies not utilized in my case. No answer of telephone calls nor e-mails. It wasnt until I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and disputed charges to my credit card that I received a partial refund. They actually charged me for papers they prepared in error. Be VERY careful dealing with these two women, You WILL get scammed! They will gladly accept your money and have you sign a contract. In a situation like this, you will be better served by preparing the papers yourself.
