Lynn Sturgis We have been customers up here for several years now. We have never had a bad experience at any branch. The Arcata branch (our home branch) staff always has a smile and an answer for any of your banking questions. A manager almost always comes out to make sure everyone is taken care of and happy. We also like their dog of the month program - it lends a personal touch.
