Bruce Rivera I went through two lawyers before meeting Mr. Michie. The other two lawyers I dealt with gave me a false positive in which convinced me to follow their advice and spend more money on them. After doing more due diligence on my case and reviewing case laws there was so much uncertainty that I could not trust their word anymore. I met Mr. Michie and discussed everything with him, including the information I was given by my previous attorneys. Mr. Michie was straightforward with me in regards to my case and the California laws. He provided me with so much research as well as coaching me to look for other resources in order to show me that the California laws in my case are not the results I wanted to hear, especially after being convinced and spending an enormous amount of money from counsel who kept me hopeful. Thankfully, with Mr. Michies experience, he came up with a plan and made a case that provided closure and positive results. You always hope for integrity and honesty when it comes to hiring attorneys, but unfortunately it doesnt work out that way most of the time. John Starrett I have been exceedingly unsatisfied with the "services" offered from Dinan and Associates. On many occasions they have failed to communicate the matters of my case with me. My repeated attempts to contact their office always must first be funneled through their answering service. While the answering service personnel are polite and professional, it often takes as long as 10 minutes just to get the offices voicemail box. As far as the law firm itself goes, they never call me to communicate whats even going on. For a service Im paying $100/hour for I would expect, at minimum, a courtesy call from time to time. In the end, being entirely off put by poor office management, I ended up requesting a full refund of my retainer. Of course, I have been promised said refund would be posted by a certain day, it has failed to be delivered as stated. This office is great at telling you exactly what you want to hear, and fail to deliver an anything at all. If your attorney shopping, I advice you pass this one over and find more reputable and respected legal representation.
