I love it when other carriers ask to give me a quote. They do not even come close with the price and honestly even if they did, they would not be able to beat the customer experience that I get at the Schweer Agency. I can ALWAYS walk right in and request to talk to Fred. He has always been available. The man is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, always very cordial, cheerful and professional. Fred is like anyone else, he is in business to support his family and from what i have seen over the many years, he loves the business. He enjoys helping his clients. He will advise you in regards to your policy. Fred will NOT sell you something that you do not need. If a customer has a question, they will give the positive and negatives on the transaction and the customer will, obviously, make the decision. Fred and Arnie are great people. .
