They explained a lot of misconceptions I had about using my auto insurances uninsured motorist coverage in this accident (The main one being that my rates would increase which they did not). Throughout the process they kept me informed as to what was going on, I was never left wondering or needing to check in, they are very on top of things. I was also well briefed on the various steps we could take at each moment, still with great kindness and patience. They negotiated a very favorable settlement in my case with my insurance.
