Patrick Delaney Tried to switch to my wifes bank account for autopay after 5 yrs of using my account. Do not know why it wouldnt work but still didnt work after 3 different attempts. Offered to mail them the payment and they told me not to do it, they would get it worked out. Finally had to switch it back to my account to get them paid, then they reported me as 30 days delinquent to all agencies the day after I paid them. Asked them to remove it and they told me no, despite an excellent past payment history and proof that I had tried multiple times to pay them multiple different ways. Even tried using a debit card to pay them but they do not accept that method. They a heartless, soulless heathens.
