5 /5 Julie Duck: Four years ago I had a very low credit score after getting out of a damaging relationship. I had no car due to losing mine in a bad freeway accident. This company was the only one who’d give me credit for a car, which I diligently paid for four years without missing a payment. Yes they make you jump through hoops proving yourself before they give the loan, but if you make payments on time and don’t ask for anything else they are easy to work with. Now my car is paid and I received the title this morning! Very grateful they gave me a chance to prove myself.

1 /5 rafael vera: Had a car financed through them for 4 years. I’m glad I’ve gotten my credit score up that I won’t have to use them to finance a car again. This company finances people with low credit scores with bankruptcy’s so I feel the generalize all their customers because I’ve gotten some bad customer service there from the staff. Just recently that I finished paying off my car it’s been 2 weeks and they haven’t released my lien. They are also not releasing my title for another week. And the lady I talked to was also super snotty and not trying to let me explain that what was their reason for me not getting my title or lien release letter.

Easy payments via text and even when times got tough on my end they accommodated me with more time to pay and allowed a lighter payment for me more than once. Very much appreciated from a Dad with sole custody of 5 sons. Thank you.

3 /5 K F: No place is perfect, it is inconvenient that they do not offer online payments and they charge you to utilize your debit card and theyre business practices are a little uncouth, but what else do you expect from a company that offers loans to people with problem credit. I have a few more payments left and when I am late I send a notification via fax and then mail it in and I make the payment when I say I will. My pay dates are scattered all over the place and it can sometimes be difficult to pay on time but I do my best. At this point if they want the car they will take it no matter what. I just do not worry about it anymore My payments are never over 30 days late and they are reporting on my credit as paid on time. So I stopped complaining a long time ago. I will be glad when I pay them off though.
