Monica Herrera I was rear- ended at a dead stop by someone driving 45mph and admitted he was not paying attention. I knew immediately I was injured and that my vehicle was totaled while the person who hit me, drove his truck home. I selected Silva Injury Law based off ALL of their reviews being 5 stars. It was impressive!
From the moment the phone was answered, I immediately knew why they have 5 stars, all of my concerns and questions were answered before I ever signed a thing. I was assigned to a Coordinator, Crystal. She is AMAZING, kind, empathic and patient. At times, she has allowed me to vent during this stressful time. Crystal is my right hand with everything. I do not have to worry about exhausting phone calls with the insurance companies, dealing with appointment scheduling, managing receipts/expenses. She handles it all for me.
So far, they have handled my vehicle settlement to my satisfaction. I will update once my treatment is complete and my case has been resolved.
