This place does not look out for everyones best interest. 3 years ago my trustee came to Howard. Howard change the trust at the trustees request. This trusttee had lost 1 property to taxes. Found Howard sold another on 3 years ago. All together in this trust there were 4 properties in the estate. The trustee trying to sell 1 by 1 doing what she pleases. I hired my own lawyer being Im one of the beneficiaries. Grantors passed in 2009. If you take as long as i did you might loose your inheritance or be played by both lawyer and trustee. Trust the Trust only Stop waiting around for someone to pass out your inheritance. Cold cold world Who can you trust. Now I will be calling the State Bar and report this. I would never want a lawyer and trustee to change someones last dying wishes. This is why they write them. They also had tryst in the trustee to deliver on their promise. 520 Maine Ave Richmond Ca 4 people wa left this home of their parents. Over 30 pepple received payment for this small home.

5 /5 Kali Love: Hired Mr.Abelson a few years ago to help with my grandmothers probate process, Mr.Abelson & his team were great, they really made going thru this difficult time a lot easier, very compassionate & knowledgeable, always courteous & got the job done. Everyone in the office always made themselves available to all my questions & needs, they were extremely welcoming to me, my family & my dog Melvin whom they always showed lots of love & attention when I brought him to the office with me. The whole staff & receptionist were great & very hospitable so much so that when I’m in the area I stop by just to say hi. I wish them nothing but the best & only have good things to say about them because they really went above & beyond for me through this sad & difficult process.
